Here, I work with the root cause, not just the symptoms, to restore the body from the ground up and build sustainable function over time—for more movement, joy, and quality of life.

I offer various treatments such as therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, Refit treatment, TMJ (jaw joint) treatment, Tinnitus treatment, and Lotorp treatment (breathing therapy). At Caiissa Lifestyle, I also offer foot and movement coaching, foot and balance workshops, and Test-based Nutrition.
