Natural movement/Evotraining

Most pain problems today are not due to accidents or trauma but to the fact that we are very monotonous in our daily lives, whether we sit or stand and walk a lot, and therefore get a nutritional deficiency of movement. For example, we are constantly walking on flat surfaces with shoes and this can cause problems in our feet and all the way up the body.

Together we make a review and individualized program based on your personal needs and opportunities where the focus is on vitality, desire and sustainability.
