Terms and Conditions
To reserve a space at the event, fill in the registration form and submit it. When your registration is at our disposal, you will receive a confirmation of your registration via e-mail with payment details. Payment is done by bank transfer and when you register, you pay a non-refundable registration deposit. The registration deposit counts toward the total cost of the event. Payment for the event must be made in full at least 30 days prior to the start of the event.
TRAVEL TO DESTINATION COUNTRY
We do not arrange for your airline or other travel to the destination country or the location of the event. It is your responsibility to secure airline or other travel accommodations to the destination country and the location of the event. We do not bear any responsibility or liability for delay or cancellation of flights, trains, buses, or other forms of transportation.
If you wish to cancel your participation in the event, you must notify us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The registration deposit is non-refundable. If proper cancellation notice is received more than 90 days prior to the start of the event, you will be refunded 100% of any payments made by you minus the registration deposit. If you cancel between 90 and 61 days prior to the start of the event, you will be refunded 50% of any payments made by you, minus the registration deposit. If cancellation notice is received 60 days or less prior to the start of the event, there will be no refund.
You accept all risks of participating in the event and assume full responsibility for any and all injury, illness, and/or damage caused by your participation. You understand and agree that your participation in the activities at the event are voluntary and at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are adequately insured for the duration of the event regarding accident, injury, illness, death, emergency evacuation and repatriation, loss of personal items or damage to them, cancellation, curtailment, worldwide emergency assistance, and all other contingencies. No insurance is provided for you by us.
We take photographs at our events. The images may be used in printed matter, on the web or in other commercial material. If you do not want pictures of you to be used for this purpose, please contact us at email@example.com
Sometimes unforeseen things happen in life. We therefore reserve the right and the possibility to call in a replacement if a marketed instructor for an event cannot attend.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal information provided by you will be used for the purpose of maintaining the customer relationship, as well as providing you with information about upcoming events that are arranged by us.
